IMPORTANT,
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When
you use your new shortened/cloaked link you may wonder why your "raw"
affiliate
link or original url link shows up in the browser window. DO NOT WORRY.
Your tneeURL link
will have been "cookied" by the user's PC. What does that mean exactly?
Well, if someone
decides that they want to remove your affiliate ID from the end of the
url and just use the
"top-domain" portion when ordering, your affiliate info has already
been "stored" in the person's
PC, which means your affiliate link is used regardless if the link has
been 'tampered' with or not,
and you will receive credit for the sales purchase. A way to
check if this is so is to click your
affiliate product's order link. With products that use the services of
Clickbank or Paydotcom, you
will see your "affiliate ID" shown at the bottom of every product you
are an affiliate of. your
affiliate ID must be at the bottom of the order transaction page or you
will not be credited with
the sale.
And now the
disclaimer...
Some
people just have a problem paying an "affiliate". There are
many, many
reasons. None of which I think, are logical. I digress,
someone with the determination to
not pay you, the affiliate, can still bypass tneeURL link by just
removing or
"refreshing/clearing" cookies or by simply de-activating it,
on their computer. This, in fact,
is the reason no cloaker/shrinker service ANYWHERE online is 100%
foolproof. Even if you
decide to get a domain name for your affiliate link, all one has to do
is find the salespage
the product originated from, type that in the browser, clear "cookies"
and order from there.
presto- you lose a sale. Enough said.
The good news?
Don't let any of this deter you
from using tneeURL.com, because...
the majority of purchasers
online are honest ;-)
